Leonex is a firm believer in building relations, wether with a Developer or our Subcontractors.

We always welcome new opportunities and once we establish a relationship, we prefer to continue working with our clients and not be a “One and done.” Most of our Subcontractors have been with us since the beginning while we have been working with the same clients over the years!

We have all of the experience in various scopes that you could need, from a dedicated team in our Home Office that works behind the scenes to make sure our projects have everything they need from the start until the end, to our Superintendents on Site that make the Builds come true per the plans! We are no strangers to hard work while still maintaining the proper safety protocols through our use of a 3rd party that visits our Job sites bi-weekly.

Safety is everyones TOP PRIORITY! We stay on top on cleanliness with not just the areas we are working in but also the job site in general which helps things run smoother with material being organized.

We also believe in Open Line Communications between us and our clients to make sure everything is going smoothly and ensure a continually growing relationship where we both benefit.
